Vedic Martial Arts
When we speak of martial arts, common images which come to mind are high-flying kicks, breaking bricks with bare hands, beating up several people within seconds, and killing someone with one knock. Thoughts of aggression often accompany while one thinks or speaks of martial arts. But this is all that one sees in movies often made in the West. Martial Arts originated in the East, it's the movies which originated in the West.
What makes Vedic Martial Arts different?
Building muscles is no extraordinary task and can easily be achieved in the gym. Building character along with muscles, developing the mind along with learning self-defence techniques, being aware of your surroundings at all times, being able to handle an intimidating situation while being calm, having aggression which is controlled and most importantly being humble and having humility towards all aspects of creation...that is martial arts in its intended form.
Dhyan Foundation propagates martial arts in its truest form, just the way it was taught in the gurukuls of ancient India where it originated.
